As a craft, natural dyeing has not changed much since the dyers of old stirred their pots. Many elements remain the same and are still in use, though certain aspects have changed since natural dyeing was last in vogue. This book is based on personal experiences with natural dyeing and how to achieve beautiful results. Most importantly, we want to pass on out passion for nature's resources and the crafts of former times. This book is a love letter to the traditional craft of natural dyeing.
