We’ll also look at how to read your knitting, understand how a pattern is constructed and achieve a neat, well-finished result.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cb\u003eWeek 1:\u003c\/b\u003e We’ll begin with a small practice swatch, working on consistent ribbing and looking at gauge: what it means, how to measure it and how it relates to the size and fit of a finished project. You’ll then cast on your beanie and learn how to join and knit your project in the round using circular needles.
